I hired Allied Remodeling of Central Maryland to re-roof my entire house, and overall the experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales presentation was fairly short yet encompassed everything I would need to know about the project, striking a good balance between efficiency and thoroughness so that I understood exactly what was involved without sitting through a drawn-out pitch. The six-month no-interest pay-in-full financing worked perfectly for my situation, and the terms were clear and easy to work with. Initial communications were accurate and timely, which gave me confidence early on that I was dealing with a professional operation.

The construction crew that performed the work was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. What impressed me most was that they kept me updated on any unexpected issues as they arose — including roof plywood that required replacing — so there were no surprises and no guesswork on my end. The work that was performed was excellent, and when I raised my one and only concern, it was addressed quickly and very satisfactorily. Remarkably, the entire job was completed in one day. Upon completion, the construction crew cleaned up the entire area around the house, including the paved parking area and driveway, leaving the property spotless.

The only reason I have not given Allied 5 stars is a communication gap on the front end. I was not notified ahead of time about when the materials would be delivered, nor was I notified in advance as to the day that the work would begin, which required me to cancel activities that I already had scheduled for that day. Had I known the actual start date in advance, the experience would have been flawless.

That single scheduling issue aside, this was a professional, high-quality job from a crew that clearly knows what they are doing. The workmanship, speed, and cleanup were all top-notch, and the financing and communication during the project itself were handled well. I would hire them again and would recommend them to others — just ask them to give you a heads-up on the actual start date so you can plan accordingly.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and also respectful of us and our property. The cleanup was detailed, including our neighbors' yard. The roof looks great and we'll definitely check with Allied for any future home improvement jobs.

ALLIED REMODELING DID A GREAT JOB REPLACING  OUR ROOF IN 1 DAY AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO CLEAN UP ANY DEBRIS THEY MAY HAVE MISSED.MISTAKENLY PUT WRONG COLOR FLASHING AROUND CHIMNEY DUE TO GETTING CAUGHT IN SOME RAIN.WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM OF THIS THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY TO REPLACE IT WITH THE CORRECT COLOR. 100% GRATEFUL AND SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REACHING OUT TO ALLIED REMODELING FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.

I am grateful for the Professional services I received from Allied Remodeling!!  The Crew showed up early and finished early. I was very pleased with the outcome of my new Roof!! I was educated to which materials to choose friendly Customer Service and also Crew. When they were done, the cleanup was like they were never there.
